We understand that life happens! If you ever need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us a chance to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 30% fee of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. For some services, a small deposit may be required to hold your spot. This goes toward your total and helps us plan accordingly. We always aim to offer grace and understanding when unexpected situations come up.
