Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you ever need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us a chance to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
For some services, a small deposit may be required to hold your spot. This goes toward your total and helps us plan accordingly.
